Many years ago, there was a sweet lady named Karen.  She was a wife, a mother and a grandmother.  She was also a cancer patient.  Karen fought a long battle with cancer but ultimately ended up losing.  During her battle, she went to Siteman Cancer Center for treatments.  After her untimely passing, her sons decided that they wanted to do something to pay Siteman back for the help they afforded her mother.  And, that, my friends is how Pork-a-palooza was born.

Since starting Pork-a-palooza a few years ago, we have been able to team up with some great businesses and organizations to better provide for Siteman.  Most notably, we teamed up with Buffalo Road and Old Silo Smokers to put on the best all-you-can-eat pulled pork and dance event in the area.

Come out for the food and great music.  Bring your checkbook and bid on the silent auction items.

This event is in memory of Karen and Danyelle and all the others who have lost their valient battles and in honor of those who are still fighting the fight.  Help us kick cancer to the curb!
